    This lesson wasn't really a help for me in solving problems on adding and subtracting fractions. I had previous years of experience on these kinds of problems, and seemed easy to do. This lesson taught me that no matter how easy the problems get in class, there will be one or two careless mistakes along the way.

    This lesson wasn’t really a help for me in


    solving problems on adding and subtracting
    fractions. I had previous years of experience on
    these kinds of problems, and seemed easy to
    do once I did it in 6th grade. These problems
    were 4th and 5th grade level problems for me.
    But sometimes I became too overconfident
    about these easy problems that I made some
    careless mistakes. This lesson taught me that
    no matter how easy the problems I get in class,
    I should never get too confident, because along
    the way, there will be one or two careless
    mistakes.
