In respond to the notice published in the IBA notice board, I would like to place myself as a suitable candidate for the above mentioned position and interested to work in the field of Media & Public Relation. I am a student of 45(E) Batch of MBA program. I used to work as a Probationary Officer of Southeast Bank Ltd. But after completing 1 st semester, I decided to quit from job and continue with Day batch in order to complete my MBA earlier. Now, I am attending classes with both 45D & 46D. Prior to joining IBA, I completed my BBA degree from North South University. I have accumulated 03(three) years of job experience as I mentioned in the CV. My overall job experience was centered on customers. It was my necessary job requirement to communicate, inform, manage & convince people. This helped me to develop my proficiency in public relation activity. I understand that as a project assistant, I have to get involved not only with public relation activities but also arrange seminars, meetings etc. I strongly believe that my leadership ability and few voluntary experiences like arranging school re-union, team outing etc will help me in this regard. Furthermore, I have also interest to work on the capacity development of IBA library. I am a regular visitor of our library and as an everyday customer I know the pros & cons of our library from a user point of view. I strongly believe that I have the capacity to make a significant contribution that will result in higher level of satisfaction among the users and attract more visitors to the library. Finally, I strongly believe that I will be able to add significant value to the above mentioned projects and thus enhance the brand image of our beloved institution.
