The following statements refer to be the responsibilities of guidance personnel. Please encircle the number of the item which you undertake as responsibilities of the guidance work as Administrator/Principal, Guidance Counselor or Classroom Teacher. 1. Recognizes the need of guidance. 2. Educate the board of education to the value of guidance. 3. Makes adequate budget for guidance program. 4. Responsible for the appointment of a guidance committee. 5. Select the best qualified personnel for the guidance work. 6.
