    The confirmatory factor analysis shows that the model is fit because P value is very high and chisquare value is less and RMSEA is 0. This means there is no significant difference between observed (actual) and estimated model. But all the factors or statements are not perfectly loaded into construct technology. Net banking and phone banking have higher loading whereas userfriendly services do not fit into technology. Factor loading for ATM is also not satisfactory because ATM is not considered as latest technology. User friendly service is related service and not related to technology whereas phone banking and net banking are considered as technology.
