Moral Value: Know various places Aim: To know the different places surround them. Behavioural Objectives: By the end of the lesson, the pupils will be able to: a) Spell the words correctly b) Pronounce the names of various place correctly c) Write the sentences correctly in the task sheet given Teaching Aids: pictures/photographs of various place, task sheets, tape, and radio. Word Lists: hospital, zoo, playground, market, police station, bus station Sentence Patterns: What is the name of this place? Where do you usually find animals? Grammar: simple present tense Pupils Previous Knowledge: pupils have learnt some names of places in Year 2. Steps/ Time Set Induction (5 minutes) Content, EE, Values MI: Verbal Linguistics Teacher/Pupils Activities 1. Teacher plays the tape that has been recorded with various sounds from different places.
