(3.8%) merupakan projek syarikat Bumiputera yang telah diluluskan di Kedah, Kuala Lumpur,
Selangor dan Melaka. Di antara produk yang diluluskan adalah papan litar bercetak, portable
navigation device, aluminium rod dan power cable.

1. Kadar faedah pinjaman semasa berada di tahap rendah
Semasa kadar faedah rendah, adalah lebih efektif untuk syarikat membuat pinjaman jangka panjang bagi membiayai
pertumbuhan perniagaan. Pinjaman yang dimeterai pada waktu sebegini dapat melindungi para peminjam daripada
kenaikan kadar faedah pada masa hadapan.
Mulai April 2009, Kerajaan telah memperkenalkan Skim Pinjaman Mudah Bagi Peningkatan Daya
Saing Sektor Perkhidmatan (“SLSCD”), yang disalurkan melalui MIDA dan diuruskan oleh MIDF.
Skim ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktiviti menambah nilai, produktiviti dan kecekapan syarikat
dalam sektor perkhidmatan (kecuali kewangan, insurans, utiliti dan pembinaan).
KELAYAKAN
• Syarikat yang berdaftar di bawah Akta Syarikat, 1965 atau entiti perniagaan di bawah Ordinan
Perniagaan, 1956;
• Sekurang-kurangnya 60% ekuiti syarikat dimiliki oleh rakyat Malaysia;
• Mempunyai lesen premis yang sah;
• Telah beroperasi lebih daripada 2 tahun; dan
• Jualan tahunan melebihi RM200,000 dan pekerja sepenuh masa melebihi 5 orang.
SKOP PEMBIAYAAN
• Pembelanjaan untuk meningkat dan memodenkan syarikat, termasuk pembelian peralatan,
kerangka dan perisian.
• Kos berkaitan dengan pembangunan untuk beralih ke aktiviti bernilai tinggi.
SAIZ PINJAMAN
Minimum : RM50,000
Maksimum : RM500,000
PERATUSAN PEMBIAYAAN
Sehingga 90% dari jumlah butiran yang layak dibiayai.
