The importance of an Educational Leader is to support my staff through the development of excellence and by empower the staff towards

The Peer Coaching Professional Growth Project went under Function A and Function D. Throughout the school year I develop a trusting, professional, and collaborate relationship with my coaching partner. The pre-observation, observation, and post observation process was clear and written in a professional manner. Over the school year we developed a professional relationship towards looking at the students objectively towards both learning and emotional development. At the end of the year, we celebrated a successful school year. The School Improvement Plan was developed through the STEPP Process. Functions E. and Function H were used in this product. This continuous process to monitors our stakeholders through monthly meetings. We designed our program with the support of the Title 1 program. Each process was developed around indicators that support teachers in the development of instructional and classroom management skills. We developed staff mentoring plans to provide our new staff members with support and guidance regarding our school culture and routines. In addition, new staff will be given opportunities for professional development in the development of instructional and classroom management skills. The Learning Theory Presentation went under Function F in the development towards instructional and leadership capacity of staff. This was an engaging project in support towards the approach in professional development as an administrator. I also find it has useful applications for our students as well for a learning style. My last product, or artifact, was the School Centered Analysis. The artifact went under Function C to create a personalized and motivating learning environment for students and staff. The main 3 main issues I could identify from my staff were discipline, developing relationships, and focusing on our vision/mission statement. Through these product descriptions I believe the following artifacts are exemplars of my competency in Standard Two that shows competency and value with all Functions used for this product.
