15915 Katy Freeway; Suite 290 Houston, Texas Drafting Support, Inc proposes to provide William Baxter as a temporary programmer for the purpose of developing programs to aid in designing tank components and to assist in production of construction drawings for those tanks. Mr. Baxter will perform this work in an office at AT&V using a computer and software provided by them. Work will not be done elsewhere without prior approval of AT&V. Drafting Support, Inc. will provide all necessary programming tools that Mr. Baxter determines to be necessary, including the compilers. Access to the office will be limited to normal office hours. Mr. Baxter will maintain a timesheet and from the time worked, Drafting Support will submit an invoice to AT&V for $65 per hour either weekly or biweekly at the discretion of Drafting Support. Drafting Support will be responsible for FICA, withholding, holiday and vacation pay, medical insurance and all other benefits. AT&V will direct the content and the priorities of the program development, will provide assistance as required to implement the programs, and will be responsible for providing testing and feedback.
