    MARY GRACE L. RETIRO MARY GRACE L. RETIRO Petitioner

    ORDER A request for the correction of name having filled with this office by MARY GRACE L. RETIRO, praying that the name in her scholastic records be corrected from MARY GRACE LONGGASA to MARY GRACE L. RETIRO finding the same to be in order, and supported by her Certificate of Live Birth, and the Joint affidavit of DYRELL N. BACUS and DONNA GRACE L. MANALO as appearing in her Certificate of Live Birth refer to one and the same person, this petition is hereby APPROVED. Wherefore, the Commission on Higher Education, Region IV-A, is hereby requested to make the necessary correction of the entry of the Petitioners name in her scholastic records. San Pedro, Laguna.
