Choose one of the Porter's generic strategies for our project:

My Product is phone, I think we can insert such kind of mechanism into the phone that when we shaking phone it is charging. I think Differentiation Strategy is the most useful strategy for my product because there is not any product such as I have. The success of a differentiation approach is likely to be dependent on two key factors: 1. Identifying and understanding the strategic customer.

The concept of the strategic customer is helpful because it focuses consideration on who the strategy is targeting. Who is strategic customer? The strategic customer is the person(s) at whom the strategy is primarily addressed because they have the most influence over which goods or services are purchased. My strategic customers are young people, business people and everybody who use phone most and travel a lot.
2. Identifying key competitors.
