Residence area description Hollywood Off-Vine is located one block from Santa Monica Boulevard, which offers direct bus routes to the beaches on the Westside of Los Angeles. Plus it is only a 15-20 minute walk to Kings Colleges and all of the sights that the center of Hollywood offers, including the Walk of Fame, the historic Capitol Records Tower and movie theaters such as the Egyptian and the Mann Chinese. However, if you are coordinating your own transportation and arriving on: Saturday or Sunday: please call Monica from Kings at (310) 995-9081 when in transit from the airport to the residence so that she can prepare for your arrival. Upon arrival, there is a phone at the front entrance with calling instructions on the opposite wall. Monday through Friday (from 8am to 6pm): please check in at Kings Colleges at 1555 Cassil Place; Los Angeles, CA 90028 (323) 963-5311. We ask that you call the school when in transit from the airport. When you arrive at Kings, keep your cab, do not unpack your luggage, and we will continue on to La Mirada Avenue together. Monday through Friday (after 6pm): please check in at Hollywood OffVine. When in transit from the airport, please call Monica from Kings at (310) 995-9081. During Student Orientation on your first day at Kings Colleges, you must pay a residence housing deposit of $200 (refundable pending room inspection upon exiting). Only payment by credit card is accepted (no debit or cash cards) as this allows the charge to be reversed after your departure.
