As always, thank you for your support and coverage of Bomber athletics. 1) A team/individual photo date & time set up for Bomber Boys & Girls Track (next week perhaps?) Next Week - Wednesday, 4/3 at 3:15 in the West Gym 2) Information about the team: 1- Last season's Great River & overall records Last season, we sent six athletes to the section meet: Austyn Eng (Graduated) in the Pole Vault (9th in State) and the 300 hurdles, Jacob Rajkowski (Graduated) in the 100, 200, and 400M Dash (9th in State), Jessica Westman (12th Gr.) in the 1600, Jenna Winter (11th Gr.) in the Pole Vault, and Zach Dahlman in the 400M Dash (11th Gr.), 2- Top returners & events for 2013 Those athletes that competed at sections this past season are top returners, as well as 12th Grader, Brandon Arispe, and a strong Freshman class of boys. Senior, Bryce Lanhart consistently provides solid leadership. Also, look for Jaclyn Hollenkamp to have another strong year. 3- New depth players to varsity for 2013 Our Boys team has a number of potential point scorers in the 9th grade class. It will be fun to watch this group develop over the course of the season. Senior, Brandon Arispe will also be a strong competitor for our boys team. 4- Optimism for 2013 season what are strong areas on team (quote area for Sports Preview) With how hard this group is working, it will be very exciting to see what our athletes can accomplish when they finally get outside. This may be a breakout year for a number of our athletes. 5- Great River & Section 5A outlooks who you see as teams to beat this season Girls - Mille Lacs Boys - Rush City
