Advance level tutorial of Concatenate (organizing cell with additional characters) In the previous tutorial we just merged cell

but now we want to add some characters as well. Additional characters may me alphabets, numerical, comma, space, etc. Suppose our excel sheet is as follows:

In cell E2, we want to organize the contents of Column A, B, C and C as follows: site=KOS111sector=Astatus=up so here are three group of additional characters. They are: 1. Site= 2. Sector= 3. Status= Lets see how we do this. Type = in cell E2. Then choose concatenate from the place I have shown in below picture. Remember dont choose concatenate as in previous tutorial. Just choose from the box I have shown in below figure.

After clicking on concatenate the new window of function argument appears which has boxes named as Text1, Text2, etc. Write first additional character inside the box of text1. Notice the additional characters should be inside inverted commas ( ). Example: site= Put the following cell component A2 on Text2 box. Inverted comma is not required for cell component.

Likewise, put the following additional character in text 3, and B2 in text 4, etc. Dont forget to open and close inverted comma. then click ok.

After OK, the result is as follow.

I forgot to put comma, For ur homework make cell as in column F.
