STEPS FOR CALCULATION NCA KPI VALUES

Using the CS Call Cause Analysis, Raw data sheet: Unselect Radio Link Status = 1 for all calculations including for no of call attempts SD CONGESTION (target = 1%) Filter MOC Filter failed calls Filter Radio Resource Signalling = 22 & 24

TCH CONGESTION (target = 1%) Filter MOC Filter Radio Resource Signalling = 30,32 & 34 And Filter NAS Signalling Status = 60 (the radio resource signalling and NAS use logical AND)

CALL DROPS (target = 3%) Filter MOC Filter call drops Filter Radio Resource Signalling =50,53,60,70,80,90,92 And filter NAS Signalling = 70,72 (the radio resource signalling and NAS use logical AND)

CALL SETUP TIME (target = 10s) Select all except Failed Calls Select MOC Calculate the 95th percentile of the range of call setup time. Subtract discount of 2sec

CALL COMPLETION RATE TARGET IS 70% Select MOC Completion rate =( completed calls+release call failed)/ call attempts.

NB: The meanging of the call cause values (eg 22,24,32 etc) can be found in QVP Call Cause Analysis file. RR VALUE 32 NO ASSIGNMENT COMPLETE SENT TO BE TAKEN OUT BECAUSE IT IS A UE-SIDE ERROR
