    Processing Time for approval and Visa 1 to 2 Months Total Petition Filling Fee Among the Total Fee Candidate has to pay $1250 (It is refundable If you dont get Petition Approval from USCIS or if you dont get visa from US consulate) Consultancy will pay $2250

    After getting the visa our consultancy charges will be 2 months salary which you will be getting from your employer in USA. 1 month salary you have to pay after securing a visa before you fly 1 month salary you have to pay after getting 1st month salary from your employer in USA. Your pay per hour will be $30-70 dependents on the experience (Salary will be calculated according to your pay per hourly) NOTE: Candidate who are holding B1/B2 valid visa they dont required to attend the L1 VISA Stamping (Interview) through US consulate for 2 years. They can fly to USA on a B1/B2 VISA and they can work based on the L1 petition approval from USCIS with immigration I-94 Card.
