Technical Instructions for Shift in Air compressors House

In order to ensure normal supply of compressed air and commissioning smoothly, the operators from RKMPPL, who is in charge of startup, stop and supervision of air compressors, should be on duty in air compressors house, so we give the technical instructions to the watchmen: 1. Before air compressors startup, check the following items: Oil level of air compressors normal, outlet valves open, air compressors under readiness status on control panel; CCW normal, inlet and outlet valves of cooling water open; Inlet and outlet valves of dryers open; 2. After air compressors stopped, when the local pressure gauge of dryer at 0.4MPa, open the dryers and after air compressors stopped, stop the dryers: 3. Open manual draining valves of air compressors to drain water once an hour and close the valves if no water; 4. Change the cooling pool water once an hour to retain the water temperature low; 5. The watchmen should supervise two instruments compressed air receivers; when the local pressure gauge at 0.5MPa, start air compressors and when at 0.7MPa, stop the compressors manually: moreover; they should contact with chemical personnel in time to ensure the compressed air supply; 6. Check the cooling water pool usually; no matter when over 2/3 level should be maintained and the water pump should be normal; 7. The watchmen should check the operation of air compressors and dryers parameter normal and that be away from duties is not allowed: 8. The operations of air compressors can refer to the instruction book of air compressors but the safety of the compressors should be ensured; 9. Provided any other problems, contact for disposal;
