Schraubenspindelpumpen
Ihr Nutzen:
Die ALLWEILER AG bietet zwei- und dreispindelige Schraubenspindelpumpen zum Frdern von len oder anderen schmierenden, nicht oder schlecht schmierenden Flssigkeiten an. Die Schraubenspindelpumpen sind einflutig, selbstansaugend, besonders geruscharm und sehr gut einsetzbar mit Regelantrieb (Frequenzumrichter). Auerdem zeichnen sie sich durch sehr gute Wirkungsgrade aus. Die Frderung erfolgt vllig kontinuierlich, nahezu pulsationsfrei, ohne Turbulenzen, Quetschung oder Entschmierung. Die drei Spindeln bilden durch besondere Profilgebung der Gewindeflanken abgedichtete Kammern, deren Inhalt bei Drehung der Spindeln axial und vllig kontinuierlich von der Saug- zur Druckseite der Pumpe verschoben wird. Trotz Spindelrotation tritt keine Turbulenz auf. Das gleich bleibende Kammervolumen schliet Quetschkrfte aus. Durch berhrungslose und schlupffreie Drehmomentbertragung werden die Wartungsintervalle erheblich verlngert und die MTBF deutlich erhht. Die Vorzge der Schraubenspindelpumpen auf einen Blick: Gehrtete und geschliffene Spindeln; hydraulisch angetriebene Laufspindeln, deren Flanken sich nicht abnutzen.

The two- and three-screw pumps are used to pump oils or other lubricating liquids, non-lubricating liquids, or liquids with poor lubricating properties. The pumps are single-channel, self-priming, with low noise level and very well suited for use with variable speed drives (frequency converters). The pumps are also characterised by very high efficiency. The liquid is moved fully continuously, virtually without pulsations, without turbulence, crushing, or loss of lubrication. The three screws have special shapes that create sealed chambers, the contents of which are continuously moved in an axial direction from the suction side to the pressure side as the screws rotate. Despite rotation of the srews, no turbulence results. The uniform chamber volumes eliminate crushing forces. Contactless and non-slip torque transfer greatly extends maintenance intervals and significantly increases the MTBF. Advantages of the screw pumps at a glance:

Unsere Kreiselpumpen entsprechen in der Bezeichnung, der Nennleistung und den Abmessungen DIN EN 733 oder DIN EN 22858/ISO 2858. Durch zustzliche Baugren werden die EN-Leistungsfelder erweitert. Der Baureihenaufbau erfolgt nach dem Baukastensystem, was kurze Lieferzeiten garantiert und ein geringes Ersatzteillager ermglicht. Je nach Baureihe werden Kreiselpumpen fr horizontale oder vertikale Aufstellung, fr Sockel- oder Wandbefestigung, sowie in Tauchausfhrung gefertigt. Als Wellenabdichtung werden Stopfbuchspackungen oder wartungsfreie ungekhlte oder gekhlte, nicht entlastete oder entlastete, einfachwirkende oder doppeltwirkende Komponenten oder Cartridge-Gleitringdichtungen eingesetzt. Zustzlich sind hermetisch dichte Pumpen mit Magnetkupplung mit patentiertem Sicherheitskonzept lieferbar. Nicht selbstansaugende Pumpenausfhrungen knnen mit Entlftungseinrichtungen ausgerstet werden. Fr den Antrieb sind serienmige Elektromotoren oder andere Antriebsmaschinen vorgesehen.

Selbstansaugende Seitenkanalpumpen werden zum Frdern aggressiver, mechanisch reiner Flssigkeiten eingesetzt. Sie finden Anwendung insbesondere bei kleinen Frdermengen und groen Frderhhen. Es stehen Ausfhrungen zur Verfgung, die besonders bei ungnstigen Saugverhltnissen oder niedrigen Zulaufhhen Vorteile bieten. Abgestimmt auf das jeweilige Einsatzgebiet sind, je nach Baureihe, unterschiedliche Werkstoff- und Wellendichtungs-Ausfhrungen mglich. Antrieb ber Magnetkupplung ist mglich. Dank der Seitenkanalstufe haben die Seitenkanalpumpen die Fhigkeit, Medien mit gas- oder dampffrmigen Anteilen (50 %) zu frdern, d.h. auch leicht siedende Medien wie Flssiggas. For handling aggressive, uncontaminated liquids we supply self-priming side channel pumps. These pumps are used especially for applications that involve small flow rates but high delivery heads. There are designs available which offer advantages especially at unfavourable suction conditions or low suction heads. Adapted to the actual fields of application different material and shaft sealing designs according to series are possible. Also magnetic drive can be provided. Thanks to the side channel stage, side channel pumps have the ability to move liquids with gaseous or vapour-state components (50 %); therefore, they can also handle liquids that are slightly above their boiling points, like liquefied gas. Propellerpumpen
Ihr Nutzen:
Propellerpumpen werden fr groe Frdermengen bei kleinen Frderhhen verwendet. Sie frdern unterschiedliche Flssigkeiten in der Chemie- und Verfahrenstechnik. In der Abwasser- und Klrtechnik werden sie als Rezirkulationspumpen sowie fr die Frderung von Rcklaufschlamm oder Regenwasser eingesetzt. Ein weiteres Einsatzgebiet ist die Trinkwassergewinnung (z.B. in Meerwasserentsalzungsanlagen). Die Pumpen werden als horizontale oder vertikale Rohrleitungs-Einhngepumpen oder fr horizontale Aufstellung mit Fubefestigung geliefert. In Bauform, Werkstoffausfhrung und Aufstellungs-/Antriebsart knnen die Pumpen den betrieblichen Gegebenheiten optimal angepasst werden. Speziell fr den Schiffbau ist die Baureihe ALLTRIMM als besonders platzsparende Inlinepumpe fr groe Frdermengen und Frderhhen bis 20 m bei reversibler Frderrichtung und mit integriertem Motor entwickelt.

Propeller pumps are used to pump large volumes with a relatively short delivery head. They deliver various liquids in chemical and process technologies. In wastewater engineering, they are used as recirculation pumps or for handling return sludge or rainwater. Another field of application is the reclamation of potable water (e.g. in seawater desalination plants). The pumps are available as horizontal or vertical pumps, suspended into the pipeline or horizontally foot mounted. Type of construction, materials, installation and drive can be adapted optimally to the operation and assembling conditions. The ALLTRIMM series was designed especially for shipbuilding applications. These space-saving inline pumps for large capacities and delivery heads of up to 20 meters have an integrated motor and reversible hydraulics.

Sie frdern oder dosieren dnnflssige bis hochviskose, neutrale oder aggressive, reine oder abrasive Flssigkeiten, auch mit hohem Feststoffanteil in der Abwassertechnik, Lebensmittelindustrie sowie in der chemischen und petrochemischen Industrie. Es werden zwei Baureihen mit unterschiedlichen Leistungsdaten geliefert: ASL und ASH. Mazeratoren
Ihr Nutzen:
Mazeratoren zerkleinern die in Flssigkeiten enthaltenen Feststoffe wie Holz, Textilien, Kunststoffe, Papier, Gummi, Knochen, Felle, Glas usw. und machen sie pumpfhig. Mazeratoren werden in der Zerkleinerungs-, Misch- und Prozesstechnik, in kommunalen und industriellen Abwasseraufbereitungsanlagen sowie in der Behandlung von Abfallprodukten in allen Industriezweigen eingesetzt. Zerkleinerungselemente sind der rotierende Impeller und der feststehende Schneidring. Macerators have the task of crushing any solids contained in liquids, such as wood, textiles, plastic, paper, rubber, bone, fur, glass, etc., making them pumpable. Macerators are used for chopping, mixing, and process technology applications; in communal and industrial wastewater treatment plants; and in the treatment of waste products in every industrial segment. The chopping elements are the rotating impeller and the stationary cutting ring. ALLWEILER macerators are supplied as collecting macerators with 3-5 m built-up delivery head (attachment to basins, tanks) or as inline macerators with downstream arranged eccentric screw pump for direct installation in the pipeline.

Kreiskolbenpumpen sind selbstansaugende, rotierende Verdrngerpumpen. Sie frdern pulsationsarm und dosieren dnnflssige bis hochviskose, neutrale oder aggressive Flssigkeiten, auch mit Feststoffanteil. Die zwei gewlbten Kreiskolben laufen berhrungsfrei, in zylindrischen, totraumfreien Rumen des Pumpengehuses. Pumpeninnenraum und alle mit der Frderflssigkeit in Berhrung kommenden Teile knnen ohne Demontage mittels Durchlaufsplung rckstandslos und bakterienfrei gereinigt oder sterilisiert werden. Fr die Nahrungsmittel-, Getrnke-, Pharma, Kosmetik- und Chemieindustrie liefern wir Kreiskolbenpumpen in CIPAusfhrung (Cleaning-in-Place) und in SIP-Ausfhrung (Sterilisation-in-Place). Rotary lobe pumps are self-priming, rotary displacement pumps. They pump and dose neutral or aggressive liquids with low to high viscosity and even with solids content. The pumping is gentle with low pulsation. The two curved, non-contact rotary lobes run in cylindrical pump casing chambers that are free from dead space. The internal pump chamber and all parts in contact with the liquid can be sterilised and cleaned without any bacterial residue by flushing and without having to be dismantled. We supply CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilisation-in-Place) rotary lobe pumps to the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and chemical industry. The CIP/SIP-Models are EHEDG (European Hygienic Equipment Design Group) compliant.
