Ahmed, was born in 1930 in Messaad (75 km) in the south of Djelfa .he learnt the Wholly Kuran by heart at the age of 11 from his father, and then he started praying in mosques in 1941.In 1946 he was sent by his father to study in Zaouia of Hamel (100 km) to the north east .in the same year his father was died. He knew Sheikh Si Attia Messaoudi in 1947, he started learning religious basic sciences from him, and in the same time Si Ameur began teaching Attia’s sons. He was authorized teaching in 1952, and became a primary teacher in the early years of independence. Si Ameur was designed Co-Imam of Sheikh Si Attia in the big mosque of Djelfa (Djamaa el Jomoaa) in 1967, in the same year he was given a scientific title from sheikh Naim Noaimi (one of the most important leaders of Algerian Muslim Olamaa Association).He won the exam of the Imam’s region in 1972, and designed in 1974 a teacher and a guide to the pilgrimage. Designed a high level of Imam, and giving Friday’s courses, the Khutba and Tarawih prayer and giving oral and written Fatwa from the year 1975. Si Ameur was elected by the year 1991 , a president of Local Scientific Council , he was asked in 1993 to become a member in Fatwa Jury and a reporter , then he was designed the head of religious affairs in the region (Djelfa ). By the year 1995 he became a president of Fatwa jury of pilgrimage, he retired in 1996 giving his time to solve people’s problems. He was a good listener attentively to his interlocutors had ample knowledge of religious sciences. He represented the wilaya of Djelfa in various national and international seminars, forums in the field of Islamic thought, he wrote many books and manuscripts, including: "The history of Sidi Nail”, “Light systems curriculum of the Prophet Mohamed –saas-“ Si Ameur died in Djelfa, on Wednesday May 20 Th 2009, corresponding to 24 Jomada el Oula 1430 Hijra.
