Narrative Report(Russian Service)

Febraury 4,2013 at the basketball court near at SJE Inn we had our practical Exam for the Russian Service. We are the first batch, we arrive at the venuae around 8 a.m. in the morning. The groups are composed of 3, we started to prepare the utensils to be used for the table service. We help one another carrying the galsses carefully. We brought it outside and put it to thetable. Then, some of my groupmates transferred the things in the trolly and well arranged it. Lovely and Lutis did the proper covering of the of the guest table. After that, Sir Michael our Catering instructor ask each one person of the groups to start performing the correct sequence of the Russian Service. Sheila one of our groupmates volunteered, she set up all the things into the table and he welcome the guest. She guide the guest couteousetly and with a good smile. When she was performing we observed that she really enjoyed it as if she was in actual restaurant like a proffesional waiter. After 3 hours almost all was done, we used the whole meeting for these activity. Unfortunately, we didnt do the American Service the reason that we were luck of time so sir said that we are going to performed it after our Midterms Examination. This type of service is really great and interesting. By using the trolly, it is more easier for us to deliver the food for the guest. We are more comfortable , we can handle the ordered food and espeacially the drinks quickly because the glass are already well-arranged in the guest table for an easier pouring wines. For, us we prefer these kind of table service. I just want to say thank you to my responsible groupmates for their participation and cooperation and also to our very jolly teacher no than Sir Michael, whithout you and your guidance Sir we can not do all this by ourselves succesfully.
