We know that our room quality are not perfect. There are some lacked amentities . Besides, we have not repaired and replaced water supply system. Thank you for bringing the matter to our attention. In the future, we will try our best to upgrade room quality higher and more comfortable. In addition, we have also improve our sevice staff in order to serve guest better.
