Crown: This is located at the top of your head, at the crown of your head so to speak.

The associated colours are white, purple and violet. It relates to spirituality and your connection to the universe

Third Eye: This is located just above the space between your eyebrows, on your forehead. The associated colours are violet and indigo. It relates to psychic ability, your instinct, clear vision and knowledge.

Throat: This is located about 25mm (or 1 inch) above the base of your throat, just above that funny dip at the top of your rib cage. The associated colour is blue. It relates to communication, interpersonal relationships, and your level of organisation.

Heart: This is located exactly where you would think it to be, where your heart is. The associated colours are green and pink, green for self love and pink for romance and relationships. It governs how you feel within relationships, the love you give and receive, and accordingly how rewarding relationships are for you.

Solar Plexus: This is located around 25mm (or 1 inch) below your sternum. The associated colour is yellow. It governs your ability to project your will into the world, your ability to manifest your desires and dreams, how money flows to you and from you, as well as your relationship with material objects.

Sacral: This is locate around 50mm (or 2 inches) below your belly button. The associated colour is orange. It governs your creativity, be that through art work or whatever, in the case of women it relates to fertility too.

Root: This is located below your perinium, right at the top between your legs. The associated colours are black, brown and red, though at times dark grey is included too. It governs your ability to ground your ideas in the physical world, to manifest things physically (yes it does relate closely to the solar plexus in this), for men it also relates to fertility too.
