Consequences:

HomeworkTallyIfastudenthasanincompleteassignment,theymaymissrecessandhavetheopportunity tocompletetheassignment. Anautomaticthreetallieswillbegivenforfighting.Studentmaymovedirectlytostep2,3,4or5.
