PREFACE
During the monitoring period of January to February 2013, Monitoring Department conducted monitoring on 5 different issues of BRAC Enterprises. Those were from BRAC Feed, BRAC Chicken, BRAC Dairy and BRAC Solar Energy. The objective of the issue Sales and Marketing of Minamix was to verify the product delivery and mode of payment. Information related to the dealers and farmers along with their comments and feedback about the product and services were also collected. The objective of the issue Activities Verification of Officer-Customer Service of Artificial Insemination was to know about the sales target, achievement and communication with AI Workers and cattle farmers. The objective of the issue Activities Verification of Broiler Processing Plant was to verify the product quality and delivery as per order and also to know about customers feedback and comments on the product. The objective of the issue Use of Solar System was to verify the use of solar system and the concurring problem in using it. In addition, it was also tried to know about the installment realisation and deposit to the office. The objective of the issue Activities Verification of Nirapad Sanitary Napkin and Kalyani Delivery Kit Production Centre was to know about the production process, target, achievement and wage payment to the workers. During Monitoring, Monitoring Officers shared the findings with the Local Managers and Regional Managers. After consolidating and analysing the data, presentation was given in the bimonthly presentation meeting at Head Office in presence of the concerned programme personnel. After that, monitoring summary report was published and sent to the higher management. At this stage, narrative report is being published. Any constructive suggestion regarding the monitoring issues and reports will be warmly accepted.
