Dear Mr. Walt,

On October 5, 2008, I ordered 14 glass mugs (#17633335653) from your online store and paid extra for next day delivery. As of today, November 18, I have yet to receive my order.

This unfortunate shipping has delay caused me to cancel a very important dinner party. I request a refund full refund and detailed explanation.

I've made several attempts to contact Shop-Well, Inc. via the customer service phone line and 'Contact Us' email form on your website. I have not received any returned calls or emails.

I am very dissatisfied with the lack of service and communication I received. You can be sure I will not send any more business your way until and unless this issue is resolved promptly. I hope your other customers are not also having such poor experiences shopping your online store.
