Profile Handling Procedure

The following rules will apply to Celebrity Profiles. Master Celebrity Profile 1. Profile under real Celebrity Name should be created and entered into Fidelio or Opera. This will be considered Master profile for that Celebrity and should be noted as such in Profile Remarks. Information such as Address, Phone numbers, job title, e-mail address, etc. needs to be left blank. It is not allowed to store any alias names on the main guest profile screen. 2. Profile remarks for this celebrity guest will contain all necessary detailed preference information. 3. Master Profile will never be changed to any other name and must not be modified, unless guests name is modified. Only profile remarks can be appended. 4. In Fidelio (currently not available in Opera), profile should be marked as Do Not Purge. 5. Master Profile must never be linked to any future bookings or past stays! Alias Profile 1. Every time a guest travels under an alias name, a profile under this alias name should be used. 2. If a guest travels under one alias name all the time, the same alias profile should be re-used. 3. If a guest travels under different alias names on different stays, different alias profiles should be created. 4. It is not allowed to modify the name of alias profile from one alias name to another. 5. Profile remarks on the alias profile should indicate the real name of the guest and point to their master profile. 6. When during one of the stays, additional information is entered into the remarks of an alias profile, it should also be appended to the remarks of the Master profile. 7. If a celebrity guest decides to register under their real name, then it is necessary to create another alias profile under their real name. No address information should be entered. Master profile must never be linked to any future reservations or past stays!
