Cross Employment:

Associate recognizes and agrees that RSRL has spent considerable amount of
time, effort and money in identifying, nurturing and providing skilled
professionals. Therefore, Associate under, this agreement aggress that during the
term, which Associate provides place to RSRL’S personnel at own, as agreed to,
Associate will not under any circumstances pursue or hire the professionals of
RSRL showing better opportunities for a period of 24 months from the date of
contract / interview without the written consent of RSRL. If such hire takes
place, then Associate shall pay the damages to RSRL, which is equal to 24 months
of consultant salary who have been hired by associate.
