Student Name: Jennifer Morris Professional Growth Statement: Current classrooms are moving quickly toward the 21st learning where preparation is made to teach students for jobs that are not yet created. I need to teach students for real-world understanding, not just knowledge. I want to prepare my students for implementation of their education into their lives. Timeline: This plan should address your plans for professional growth over the next five years.
DOMAIN STANDARD ACTIONS TO ACCOMPLISH STANDARD - Integrate the standards in all subject matters - Use resources wisely; use peers, mentors, and curriculum for reference to guide instruction design and implementation. - Provide and gather data collection for my guided instruction TIMELINE FOR COMPLETION HOW OUTCOMES WILL BE EVALUATED - Students will be able to relate how one subject relates to another. - The proper use of others will be seen in the implantation of lessons smoothly and cooperatively with other classrooms. My guided instruction will reflect use of data. I will be able to identify the reason for instruction and revisiting of areas based on needs. - I will be able to show growth of students on their own charts over a period of time.

First year of teaching all subjects should be integrated. First year cooperative teaching is a goal.

- Reflection of data collected to provide needed instruction, utilizing small group and large group gatherings.

First year use data collection for revisiting, re-teaching, and forward movement.

- Create proper and realistic expectations.

Immediately and ongoing engage students in creating expectations, guide them, and then display for reference.

- Students will not be confused about classroom rules and expectations; students will model good behavior reflecting what is expected. - Students will be able to identify the classroom expectations for students and teacher. - A students attention behaviors will change over the course of time to seek positive attention.

DOMAIN TWO: LEARNING ENVIRONMENT B. Managing Student Behavior - Not confuse students on the rules of the classrooms. - Model and praise the positive so students seek that attention. Immediately and ongoing reenforce all expectations in a positive manner. Immediate model the behavior and expectations I want to see.

HOW OUTCOMES WILL BE EVALUATED - Students will want to perform tasks in the classroom - Students will be able to complete task asked of them using the model release method based on knowledge-tounderstanding method. - Measurable of understanding will be seen in all students. - Parents will feel welcome and safe asking questions to assist their child within the classroom. - Parents and other peers will feel comfortable providing constructive criticism and suggestions to make our classroom the best. - My reflections will be evident in changes in the classroom as seen fit.

First year ideas will be immediate flexibility will be ongoing. First few months of teaching use effectively the technique of engaging with modeling and releasing. First few months of teaching understand and direct lessons for all levels of learning. First year create either a blog or website and a newsletter sending out frequent newsletters and updates. First year respond to parents and peers for own improvement can always learn something.
