Feel free to spread it around.

• Download the updated factory file, and unzip it to a USB device that has
been previously formatted to FAT32.
• After all connections are made on the back of the receiver, power it up,
and turn it on.
• Plug your USB device in to the USB port located just under the card-reader
under the front-panel door.

• Next, hit menu

• Over arrow to Channel setup

 • Select File Tools

• Then USB Explorer

Now, chose the proper file, and then hit the red button on you remote to start the update process.
Unit will re-boot itself when the update is complete.

• Now, Menu -> Installation

 • Defaults Setting
When prompted type 0000 as the input password.

• Now select Factory Defaults

• Now, select languages

and hit the red button when complete
 • Next, hit menu->system setup

• Select Time setting

and set your time to your proper zone and info.

• Ready to scan yet? go to

Installation -> Antenna setting, and set your sats up accordingly. Press

the red button after each sat is setup, in order to save the information.

• Now exit out to the main menu.

 • Installation -> Auto Scanning
Set your sats up to “ALL” and hit “OK”
