RESTAURAN REVIEW

Ibelieve that Solo is the one of culinary tourism city in Indonesia. Although there are so many delicious food in Indonesia, but the taste of Solos foods have its own characteristic. The good fusion from sweet, salty, gurih, sometimes spicy or maybe litle bit sour makes the taste of Solos foods are rich. For this time , I want to tell you about Adem Ayem restauran, it is a famous restauran in Solo. In the heart of Solo city, at the Selamet Riyadi street, there is a big restaurant dominated by green colour. And that is Adem Ayem. When you come in to the restaurant you will see an usual decorated room. It is so simple and original, but you will have such a good mood when you sit down at the restaurants chair. The atmosphere there is so comfortable, and I thing it will be good when you bring a big family there to having lunch or maybe dinner. The restaurant has only one main room with no separation that very wide. The design is minimalist and the equipment like chairs, tables, and others adepting eightis design. For the food that the resataurant has is only gudeg with its several addition. Thougt, gudeg is originally from Yogyakarta but Solos gudeg has a different taste. I memesan complete gudeg with gula asam (tamarind juice) as the drink. Complete gudeg that I have pesan, consist of gudeg sayur, trecek sambal goreng, an egg, chicken, and a litle bit coconut milk sauce. The spicy taste that came from sambal goreng, litle bit sweet from gudeg sayur, and the gurih that came from coconut milk sauce made a perfect combination when you mengunyah nya. And the taste of javanese chicken that had a beautiful texture, very smooth but litle bit chewy because that was a fresh chicken, would make you taste a beautiful eating experience. Whereas, it was so surprisingly that the trecek was noot cook well. The texture of the trecek is so chewy, and smell not good. I thought that because the chef cooked it on the big flame but only in short time. And the egg was litle bit hard to gigit. Otherwise, for overall, the taste of Adem Ayems gudeg was so delicious. And I drank a glass of cool gulas, that was so fresh and it was good to re netralize our tounge after eating a rich taste food. Thanks, and wait for my other resataurant review ;)
