ACHIEVEMENTS THIS PERIOD: Achieved 3,180 hours safe work. All workers have attended TBM every morning. No first aid case was reported this week. All managers and workers demonstrated a clear commitment to HSE to established and implemented HSE procedure. No property damage and accidents reported.

MEDICAL CONCERNS 1. Advised the workers to drink a lot of fluids as necessary to prevent dehydration. TARGET FOR NEXT WEEK 1. All workers will enhance their safety awareness regarding what type of job in their workplaces. 2. To enhance the knowledge of the workers about HSE procedure. 3. Improvement of housekeeping in area and maintained the cleanliness on the site. 4. Discipline on right waste segregation evading to minimizing health risks to workers and local residents and prevent environmental diseases.
