This subroutine compares a process variable to 8 alarm setpoints. Before calling this routine the setpoints are loaded into F14:[0-7}, the process variable into F14:8 and the alarm deadband into F14:9. On program exit bits B16:0/{0-7} will indicate that the PV is above the corresponding setpoint, bits B16:1/{0-7} indicate that the PV is below the corresponding setpoint. First add and subtract deadband values to the tank level.
