Utilized by production operators as well control temporary system during routine maintenance of wells on-shore and off-shore.

Equipment provides immediate well control right at operators unit or field location. Labor & time saving when pulling & inserting wireline retrievable safety valves. Convenient & easy to use when doing thru-tree well servicing and/or well testing. Equipment is recognized and appreciated by regulatory agencies and workers -> Based on field experiences and post-job appraisal reports. This unit can be used during down hole operations for running long bottom hole assembly (Screens, Blank Pipe, etc) to give operator well control in the immediate vicinity of work.

Highlights: Uses environmentally friendly, non- hydrocarbon biodegradable hydraulic fluid no Sheen protection. Also air & hydraulic operated w/pump. Replaces use of hand pump and radio communication to control SCSSV at wellhead. Provides SSV control when fusible cap is not on or installed. Each PSI system has monitor gauge and is pressure safety valve protected. All connections are rated to 15,000# working pressure. Pro-Active Environmental, Safety, and Control Tool for engineering program. Removable Hinged Door, Sight Glass for Fluids Level, Large Gauges for SCSSV Control Pressure, All Components are Labeled, Pressure Safety Valve, Protected (5M-10M-15M) Maintenance Components. Autoclave & Parker Fittings, Relief Valve Set at 15,000psi, Hydraulic Oil Reservoir Tank, Air Supply Valve, Connections & Spare Parts Box and Hand Pump, if Necessary.
