Ordering Process
When a Niagara R2 replacement order is placed, the customer must identify the following:

Model number of the currently installed product

Current product serial number and Host ID

All drivers currently licensed on the platform

R2 to AX Promotion
There are approximately 50,000 licensed instances of Niagara R2 in the field today. At the Niagara Summit in May of 2012, Tridium announced the Niagara R2 End-of-Life policy. Therefore, each of these instances of Niagara R2 should be considered an opportunity for NiagaraAX integrators

As a promotional effort to motivate end-users to migrate from Niagara R2 to NiagaraAX, Tridium is offering an incentive of a 20% cost reduction on all JACE platforms utilized to perform an R2 to AX migration through the 2013 calendar year.

Promotion Offer Details

Tridium will offer these savings on the following NiagaraAX platforms when used to migrate an existing active Niagara R2 to NiagaraAX application:

OEM Partner Participation

As a potential participant, Tridiums OEM partners are asked to provide the following information to qualify:
The number of 603 and 645 family products expected to sell in 2013 with NO incentive program. The number of additional NiagaraAX family products expected to sell in 2013 with the incentive program available. From this information, Tridium can evaluate the OEMs proposed incentive program from a revenue perspective.

OEM Partner Collateral

For any OEM partner that qualifies for participation, the following items will be provided to assist with the program
MS Excel file with automated step-by-step instructions for determining the required parts to be ordered for each replacement license This file uses Tridium part numbers. OEM partner must replace Tridium part numbers with OEM specific part numbers prior to use. MS Excel file with list of all Niagara R2 licenses sorted by distributor, integrator, and project
