If you care about


Take advantage of early voting centers and their future...
absentee/vote by mail ballots
Sept 30 - Oct 6 Any Ohio citizen who is 18 years and
older can walk into an early voting center,
register, AND vote on the spot.
Sept 30 – Nov 3 Apply for your Absentee Ballot or Vote by
Mail Ballot. As soon as you get your ballot
be sure to mail it in as soon as possible.
Nov 3 If an absentee ballot is cast from anywhere
in the U.S. and you return it by mail, it must
be postmarked the day before the election
and received by the board of elections no JOBS,
later than 10 days after the election.
Nov 4 If you return an absentee ballot in person or
ECONOMY,
if a nearby relative delivers it to the board HEALTH CARE
for you, it must be delivered to the board of
elections no later than the close of polls at
EDUCATION,
7:30 pm on Election Day. ENVIRONMENT
Nov 4 VOTE in person on election day.

Did you know?


• If your name is missing or your record has incorrect
information on the list of voters, you may ask for a
provisional ballot to vote. This is your right under the federal
Help America Vote Act.
• If you do not read English, you may bring a friend,
family member, or official interpreter (but not your employer
or union representative), into the voting booth to translate
the ballot for you. This is your right under the federal Voting
Asian Pacific American Rights Act.

• If poll workers rush you inside the booth or try to
influence your vote, you may complain. This is your right
under local and state laws.
Report any voting problems in English, Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese,
Toisan), Korean, Tagalog, Gujarati to Asian American Legal Defense & THEN VOTE
