Job Title: HSE Consultant/Advisor of CAL Job Code and Job Grade :Senior Department: HSE Reports to: President of CAL Job purpose and Work Scope
Job Purpose: HSE advisor for CAL Ltd., and assist HSE manager on HSE work in office and on rig in Myanmar. Work Scope: Critique Corporate Emergency Response Plans and conduct drills for effectiveness Perform HSE-MS Audits, Inspections and Incident/Accident Investigation Hazard / Task Risk Identification, Job Safety / Hazard Analysis Conduct Safety Awareness Training, Job Specific Inductions and Competency Assessment / Assurance; Implemented and monitored Behavior Based Modification Programs

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Manages Safe Systems of Work, including processes or systems that incorporate Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, Permit to Work and any other associated systems; 2. Reviews (Sub) Contractors HSSE plans & programs; 3. Prepares tender documentation for HSE related services, including medevac and oil spill response, and manages contractor interfaces to same; 4. Reviews and audits HSE related content of all drilling related tenders and bids, and identify potential HSE weaknesses and shortcomings in the tenders and draft contract documents; 5. Works to maintain both the HSE Management Systems and the Project HSE Plan 6. Conducts off-site audits and checks as required.

Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

Qualifications: (OSHA, NFPA, API, IWCF/IADC, CGA, ISO, EN, IMO/ISM et al) 1.Educational: Engineering or science degree from a recognized university 2.Professional: Minimum 25 years experience in upstream oil or gas post graduation (10 year+ in Health, Safety & Environment offshore experience at least); Key Skills: 1. very experienced trainer and program administrator 2. experienced in performing HSSE Audits & Inspections

2. complete electronic reporting and tracking; 3. diplomatic and adaptable; 4. conducts safety audits and investigations. Knowledge: International qualifications and industry specific HSE training(including in Fire Fighting, HUET, Sea Survival, H2S, and First Aid); extensive knowledge of offshore drilling/well testing and well interventions operations Language Requirement: English ( Good verbal and written communication capability.)
