Manager T.S.T.T San Fernando Dear Sir, The Penal/Debe Regional Corporation in partnership with the Tourism Development Company Limited (T.D.C) is constructing an Arch (Welcome Sign) in the vicinity of the Parvati Girls High School in Debe. The structure which would span the roadway, has columns that would fall approximately four (4) feet within the schools boundary on the West and the same dimension just outside of the Francis Seepaul Recreation Ground to the East. The area to the East is affected by cables and would obstruct the placement of the column, and the sign by extension. The proposed location of the column would fall within poles A 127 and A 128. It was recommended through discussion with the T.D.C. and its contractor, that a clearance of twenty- two (22) ft is sufficient for the construction of the columns and the sign. The Penal/Debe Regional Corporation hereby request that the Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago (T.S.T.T.) raise the cables to a height of twenty- two (22) ft.
