I am requesting funding for Armory Prep in fiscal year 2010. The entity to receive
funding for this project is Armory Foundation, located at 216 Fort Washington
Ave, NY, NY. The funding would be used for a twice-weekly after practice
program that comprises SAT prep, one-an-one college counseling, individual
tutoring, college readiness seminars, and teclmical and financial support. I certify
that neither I nor my spouse has any financial interest in this project.
