I was a good, resistant client. Closed body language. Short, curt answers. Wanted help with eating plan with little RCDTs. This was a difficult topic. I did the best I could. I was the client in this session. The MI process was incredible to experience as both the client and with a view to assess the counselor's performance. I not only came up with my own plan, I performed the behavior the next morning, and for 5/6 following days (daily now).

She also gave 10/10), self-care/trust (10/10) me kudos. I was the client. Maureen was pretty skilled and funny. Again, I came up with own solution. Although I felt like I helped Maureen to arrive at clarity about her ambivalence, she was exhausted after our discussion I helped her arrive at conclusion she felt satisfied with. Particularly through unpacking there was clarity involving ambivalence and what was a viable future role for her.
