Dear Javid,

Further to our discussions of today morning please find enclosed the reviewed documents. I suggest following format for presenting our case: 1. Add suggested information in Delay Event List, i.e. time impact of an event on different building/ SD Areas. We can also identify Delay Events for which narrations are provided 2. Identify continuing effect of delay events addressed in EOT-1 submission 3. Narrations/ write-ups for selected delay events and concluding summary for every event. Summary will include net time impact on different buildings etc. of an event 4. Building wise summary narration. This should include list of delay events which impacted the building / SD Area and net impact on completion date of all delay events 5. Impacted-as Planned Schedule. We can use Baseline Schedule. We shall show impact on every structure/ SD area separately and Project as a whole.

Please let me know your views. We need to submit a very convincing and logical document. Please let me know estimated time for above exercises. I reckon we can do it in a week's time.
