Cola®Lube 3404

DESCRIPTION
Cola®Lube 3404 is an aliphatic phosphate ester that provides excellent corrosion
inhibition, effective EP, and potent wetting / surface tension reduction properties in
metalworking fluids. In its unneutralized form, it is soluble in naphthenic and paraffinic
oil. By neutralizing with alkanolamines, Cola®Lube 3404 is readily soluble in water.

Concentrate: (wt.%) 10 – Cola®Lube 3404, 20 – TEA, 70 – water.

Cast Iron Chip Test

Result: 0.25% (by wt.) of concentrate in 100ppm hardness water – No rust

Concentration: 5% (as is) in 300 sec. Paraffin oil.
