    Dear Sir,

    It is very important that we identify exactly your issue.

    In order to take screenshot, you have a button "Print Screen" or "Prt Scr" or "Impr Ecr" in the upper right corner of your keyboard.

    Then, once the button pushed, you open a new MSPAINT file (Start> Run> MSPAINT > Ok), then paste the screenshot in MSPAINT (CTRL+V) and save your screenshot.

    Otherwise, as you install Airnav on your computer, you also should have the tool to check your settings installed. In the Airnav Menu, you should be able to start the "ClientChecker". With this tool you should be able to correct your settings.

    Finally please correct the settings as indicated below:

    For now, AirN@v v2.8.1/v2.8.3 (ADOC N@vigator software)is compatible with Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 8/9 only if you disconnect the UAC (User Account Control) and the DEP (Data Execution Prevention). In order to disconnect the UAC and the DEP, you have to modify the settings as follows:

    - Disable the Data Execution Prevention (DEP) feature for Internet Explorer *Go to Start -> Control Panel -> System -> Advanced system settings *On the Advanced tab, click on the Settings button

    *Check 'Turn On DEP for all programs and services except those I select' and add (c:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe) *Validate all the modifications

    - Disable the memory protection *Right-click on the Internet Explorer icon and select 'Run as administrator' *Within IE, go to Tools -> Internet options *On ther Advanced tab, uncheck the 'Enable memory protection to help mitigate online attacks' *Validate and restart Internet Explorer to have your modifications taken into account.

    A future version of AirN@v will be fully compatible with Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 8/9 therefore you should not have to disconnect the UAC (User Account Control) and DEP (Data Execution Prevention). This version is planned to be available in the first quarter 2013.
