Whenever you are multiplying or dividing integers with different signs, the answer has to be a negative. However, when you are multiplying or dividing with the same signs your answer has to be positive.

A pattern that I have noticed is that whenever you are multiplying or dividing with the same signs, your answer has to be positive and not negative.
