We would like to request Management Approval for the COP (Car Ownership Program) for MGR up of NMI-NMDI as follows; OBJECTIVE: 1. To provide support to employees to purchase car for commuting from home to office. 2. To support employees for their operations to perform their official duties. 3. To enrich employee's quality of life by providing Car Ownership Program (COP). 4. To increase employees work spirit and for them to be proud as member of NISSAN business. 5. To maintain and improve employee's dedication as member of management team of Nissan. CRITERIA: NMI-NMDI Employee of Head Office and Plant : Manager, Senior Manager, General Manager and Deputy Director. PROPOSE: Car Ownership Program (COP) is the vehicle facility program provided by Company for employees who are of the rank of Manager, Senior Manager, General Manager and Deputy Director with the scheme: 50% cost subsidized by Company and 50% cost borne by employee paid in installments to the Company. COP will be arranged based on Board of Directors Decision Letter No. 001/SK-BOD/NMI-NMDI/I/2003.

I. LATAR BELAKANG & TUJUAN
