Time allotted THURSDAY 10/31 Learning Target- TSW learn how artists have used visual art to express feelings about social issues and will generate ideas for his/her own piece. TSW know this when he/she has a rough sketch of an art piece about a social issue. FRIDAY 11/1 Learning Target-TSW learn how to used mixed media to express his/her social issue. TSW know this when his her piece incorporates at least 2 different media. MONDAY 11/4

TUESDAY 11/5 TargetTSW learn to check to make sure his/her piece is balanced. TSW know this when the pieces feels balanced after flipping it on each side. WEDNESDAY 11/6 TargetTSW learn to give feedback to peers and incorporate it into final piece. TSW know this when the student incorporates feedback into his/her piece. THURSDAY 11/7 TargetTSW learn how to be sure colors are balanced in his/her piece. He/she will know this when warm/cool and light/dark colors are evenly placed through the piece FRIDAY 11/8 TargetTSW participate effectively in a critique. TSW know this when he/she makes several constructive comments in the critique.
