Clinton List SDNT according to the following reasons:

4. As consequence of the above mentioned decision, I was left without work, and pending

5. To this date, my economic situation is extremely serious, due to the difficulty to be hired

by any company due to my inclusion in the Clinton list.

6. This situation has generated moral and economic prejudices in my family environmeni

when 1 cannot have the monetary resources for their maintenance, and being the object with

them of rejections at social level and limitation in the continuity of my children studies.

7. Also I am in difficulties with the financial entity that granted me a credit on year 1994. to

purchase the house occupied by my family, which is my small family equity, loan which

was granted to me for a term of 15 years, but unluckily, if I do not obtain a work. I may-

lose my house.

8. As you can see, my income originated xclusively from my work relation with the

Intercontinental of Aviation company and Aeroatlantico Ltda; without having any share

participation in these societies or society with its shareholders or partners.

9. During my life. I have never being linked to any criminal processes of any kind and even

less for controlled drug traffic or money laundry, and therefore I am enclosing a certificate

of lacking of reports due to drug traffic, issued by the Colombian government.

Also, I declare that the companies to which I was working during these last years, were

always submitted to the control of the police, taxes, custom and administrative authorities,

to such an extent, that during these years, they never were involved in illegal activities.

Por medio del presente escrito, me permito manifestar mi voluntad de iniciar la

apetacion de la decisfdn por la cual fui incluidoen ia lista Clinton SDNT de acuerdo
a las siguientes razones

1. Mi vinculaci6n con la empresa intercontinental de aviaci6n S.A. fue

estrjctamentede carScter laboral, como | ~~

decisidn de la asamblea general de accionistas. Posteriormente el 30 de jullo
de 2004. nuevamente me solicita la asamblea general de accionistas mis

2. Como empleado de la compania, igualmente fui afectado por la dificil

situacibn econ6mica por la que se encontraba ia empresa, ante las
dificultades tecnicas y operacionales de que venia siendo objeto la empresa.
Como consecuencia de la incorporacidn de la empresa a la lista Clinton, se
decidi6 por parte de los acreedores declarar el fracaso del proceso de
reestructuracidn economica, decretando por consiguiente la
superintendencia de sociedades la liquidacion obligatoria, apartir del 25 de
noviembre del 2004.
4. Como consecuencia de la anterior decisidn, quede cesante laboralmente,

5. A la fee ha, ml situacion economica es de extrema gravedad ante la diflcultad
de vincularme laboralmente a ninguna empresa por mi inclusibn en la lista
Clinton
6. Esta situaci6n ha generado perjuicios morales y economicos a ml entorno
familiar ai no poder contar con los recursos monetarios para su
manutencion, ocasionando con ello rechazos a nivel social y limitacion en la
continuidad de los estudios de mis hijos.
Igualmente me encuentro en dificultades con la entidad financiera que me
otorgo un cr£dito en el ano de 1,994, para la adquisicion de la vivienda que
ocupa mi familia, lo cual constitute mi poco patrimonio familiar, con ptazo
de 15 anos, pero que diflcilmente si no me ocupo, puedo llegar a perderlo.
Como se puede observar mis ingresos provenian exclusivamente de mi

Durante mi vida, nunca he estado vinculado a procesos penales de ninguna
