This article is more of a Question and Answer article to emails asking about female bodybuilding, the controversy behind it, if it is more of a hobby than a sport, and whether or not the women doing bodybuilding should be paid or treated the same as the male bodybuilders. The article is somewhat biased towards promoting female bodybuilding, but it also helps explain as to why women arent getting the credit they deserve for working as hard as, or sometimes harder, than men do.

This article talks about the history of female bodybuilding, and how people have always questioned female bodybuilding, saying that women dont need to have huge muscles, and that it is not feminine enough for them to participate in a male-dominant sport or activity. This article is somewhat biased, but the way they present the information is not biased in the sense that the author says all opinions against female bodybuilders are totally wrong.

It merely states a few of the most popular and well known myths, and says why they are not exactly true, and that women should see both sides of the myth.

This article talks about the pros and cons of CrossFit, and it is an unbiased view of the fitnessfad. The pros and cons come from both pro-CrossFit, and anti-CrossFit people. The article consists of firsthand experiences with the program, and they talk about both successes and failures. Some of the failures have led to injuries, and even hospitalization. Some of the successes have been life changing for some the people that have had great results with the intensity of CrossFit. The article also talks about the groups of people that are part of the CrossFit family, especially a large group of military personnel.

Bev Francis also was in Ms. Olympia, and placed 2nd twice after controversial decisions, but she is a very well respected and admired female bodybuilder despite

her controversial placing. These women have paved the way for other women who have the desire to be a professional bodybuilder.

This article talks about the drug policy for the CrossFit Games, which clears up a lot of controversy around CrossFit and its purpose. This confirms that CrossFit is not a form of bodybuilding competition, but a fitness competition, and does not promote or encourage the use of steroids by its participants.

The article disbands that statement by saying in a fairly unbiased way that lifting weights will not make a women less feminine, but more toned and fit-looking.

It is somewhat biased towards the negative impact of CrossFit.

The article gives information that is east to understand for people of all levels of fitness and weightlifting comprehension. The article provides many examples of different exercises, and also gives pictures with the descriptions.

The effects of steroids can be positive by reducing body fat, increase in lean muscle mass, and heightened self-esteem. The negative effects of steroids can be mood-swings, aggression, paranoia, and depression.

That is not possible because they are gaining muscle and losing fat.
