Dear Sir:

Please allow me to begin this letter by saying how appreciative, I am of the opportunity
to be entrusted with the NSO Batch Requests Entry System (BREQs) operations in the
City Civil Registrations Office. Working for BREQs is a rewarding where I am given the
kind of trust to handle monetary responsibility. But as expected, there had been some
changes as a result of our married life that I believe would be a proper time for me to
request for a transfer of office assignment to a proximate CCRO Satellite District Office
for the following reasons:

a. Health & Pregnancy

I am a month pregnant. Often, I am experiencing the so-called pregnancy
morning sickness in this first trimester of my pregnancy. I find it difficult to
have the normal morning routine of preparing myself for work thus caused me
to be too late, if not unable to report for work.

b. One Hour Travelling Time

I am residing at Barangay Tugbok Proper of this city. It takes me an hour of
travel before reaching CCRO Main. The pressure of travel and the strenuous
heavy traffic most of the time have burdened me especially now that I am
pregnant. With my age, still pregnant for our first born, I was advised by our
family doctor to avoid long distance travel. Contrast to a less than 10-minute
ride to a nearby CCRO Office (Mintal) is considerably a big advantage for my
present condition as this would mean less pressure of travel and less travel
expenses compared to an hour of travel going to CCRO-Main. The amount of
fare that I have to spend for travel and daily allowance is taking a big portion
from my meager salary, which I could save for my needs during my
pregnancy and needs of raising a child in the near future.

Transferring me to a CCRO Satellite District Office District Office in Mintal would not
just only benefit me personally, but I do believe, would assure more outputs for the
Office, because I could even be more productive as stress of travel, daily financial
burden of fares and allowance are already taken away from me. Yes, I could just hope
and pray that like a good father to a good daughter, you will understand my present
predicament..

I hope that you will find my request meritorious for a possible transfer on the basis of the
above reasons cited above. Again, thank you Sir, for sharing me your trust and
confidence. .
