Overall Comments:
Kim took on all challenges in stride and poise. Any glitches she may have encountered were discussed and ironed out in follow up lessons. For the most part, she was able to take charge of all aspects of her lessons including running an inclusive and positive classroom using respectful and effective management strategies.

Comments (Please elaborate on strengths/areas for growth): Kimberley progressively improved her interaction with the students the more she relaxed and connected with their mode of learning. She was not sure about modifying for a student with special needs so asked for suggestions and was able to follow through on these.

E X X Comments (Please elaborate on strengths/areas for growth): Kimberley would send me her lessons plans ahead of time for my perusal and was ready and prepared each day of her placement. The one area Kim could improve on is not depending upon photocopiers to be working at the time she requires their use. Planning ahead a couple of days and having all copying completed, will alleviate future stress around preparedness for her lessons. P A D N/A Comments (Please elaborate on strengths/areas for growth): Kimberley completed reflective practices and was able to make any necessary adjustments to follow up plans when needed.

She maintained control of her lessons and the flow of it at all times.
