From Above this frame work it stated that Total quality management plays an important role because that it is been categorized in several category for delivering continuous better quality for customers which gives the competitive advantages against the competitors as well as also increases the profitability. It uses strategy, data, and effective communications to integrate the quality discipline into the culture and activities of the organization.
