Essential questions: -Why is it important to use text to determine word meanings? -How is literature used to highlight the flaws of Victorian society?

Topical questions: -What is the purpose of the relationship of words in sentences? -How can surrounding text assist a reader to determine word meanings? -What textual evidence supports an analysis of characters interactions and related misconceptions.
